Balloon special does not include delivery but installation is FREE! Delivery is $3 a mile from our 605 S Vista shop location. Once you set your date, a seperate invoice will be emailed to you for the delivery charge and any add ons you would like when your date and balloon colors have been arranged. Please give at least 2 weeks advance notice for your party date. Not all dates are guaranteed.
